rights and obligations under this Agreement be construed in the manner necessary to exempt this Agreement and the sale of the home from registration under the Interstate Land Sales Full Disclosure Act,
and both Purchaser and the Lennar Family of Builders hereby expressly waive any right or provision of this Agreement that would otherwise preclude any exemption.
